Icon Restore 1.0 is a program to restore the icon layout in your Windows desktop.
Sometimes, when you make changes in the resolution of your screen, or enter Windows in Safe Mode, the icon layout changes, moving icons to different places that the one you assigned them. Icon Restore 1.0 restores your desired icon layout.
